Terms of Service

By accessing and using MejuHire, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your continued use of MejuHire constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Permission is granted to use MejuHire for legitimate personal and commercial recruitment purposes. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy any part of the platform without written consent
• Use the platform to build a competing product or service
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software within MejuHire
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at mejuhire@mejuvante.com of any unauthorised access to your account.

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using MejuHire, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. Candidate data you upload is processed solely for recruitment matching and is never shared with third parties.

You agree not to use MejuHire to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users

All content, features, and functionality of MejuHire — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Mejuvante and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data and files you upload to the platform.

MejuHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
